Background

Jene is a seasoned and versatile mechanical engineer with more than 25 years of experience in a variety of roles, including extensive plant, product development, project engineering, and project management experience.  He has experience in both cement and minerals processing industries, including nearly a decade of experience in roles as a Maintenance Supervisor and Plant Engineer (responsible for an $8 million budget with responsibilities for 4 Foreman and 65 mechanical and electrical craftsmen), setting production and plant availability records for 9 kaolin clay kilns.  A former product engineer for both vertical milling systems and clinker coolers while at FLSmidth, Jene’s more recent experience includes project engineering and project management in a diverse array of cement and minerals processing plants.
