Lawrie is an accomplished leader with more than 40 years of professional experience in Maintenance, Project Management, Field Services & Supervision, and Project Execution & Sales for the Cement/Minerals Industries.
Lawrie provides a strong foundation in site and project management skills, and possesses a firm knowledge of engineering practices. He has extensive field experience and has demonstrated a solid business background in the operation of several successful business prior to co-founding Bridge Gap.
Lawrie began his career in the cement and minerals industry with nearly 30 years of experience at a cement plant including a large variety of roles, including work as a millwright, maintenance supervisor, maintenance planner, and maintenance manager. Following this extensive experience in plant operations, Lawrie performed as a senior field technician for an equipment manufacturer, providing installation supervision and troubleshooting of equipment in pulp and paper, cement, limestone and mining industries.
